These Terms are the agreement between you and Rewind for use of the Rewind app. By creating an account or using Rewind, you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use Rewind.
You must be 18 years or older to use Rewind. By using the app you confirm that you are at least 18, that the information you provide is accurate, and that you will keep it up to date.
You are responsible for activity on your account and for keeping your password secure. Don't impersonate anyone, don't create an account for someone else, and don't share your account. We may suspend or close accounts that break these Terms.
There is no tolerance on Rewind for objectionable content or abusive users. This includes harassment, threats, hate speech, sexual content involving minors, non-consensual or illegal content, spam, scams, and impersonation. Members who post such content or behave abusively will have the content removed and may be removed from Rewind.
By using Rewind you agree not to post, send, or share content that is unlawful, harassing, hateful, defamatory, sexually exploitative, or that violates anyone's rights or safety.
You keep ownership of the content you create. You grant Rewind a limited licence to host and display your content solely to operate the service (for example, showing your profile to other members). You are responsible for the content you share.
Rewind helps you meet people, but we do not conduct criminal background checks on members. Verification badges reflect limited checks and are not a guarantee about any person. Always use your own judgement, meet in public, and take care when interacting with or meeting other members.
Messages and media are ephemeral by default and disappear after 24 hours unless you choose to keep them on your device. Features may change or be discontinued as we improve the service.
You may stop using Rewind and delete your account at any time from Account → Delete account. We may suspend or terminate access if you break these Terms or to protect our members.
Rewind is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties and are not liable for interactions between members or content shared by members.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Rewind will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
If you downloaded Rewind from the Apple App Store, these Terms are between you and Rewind, not Apple, and Apple is not responsible for the app or its content. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and may enforce them against you.
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes we will update the date above and, where appropriate, notify you in the app. Continuing to use Rewind means you accept the updated Terms.
