Community Conduct

Rewind works because of the people in it. This code sets out how we treat each other: online, in messages, and in person at events. It applies to every member, everywhere Rewind operates. Joining Rewind means agreeing to live by it.

1. Be who you say you are

Use your real identity. Your photos should be recent and genuinely of you. No impersonation, no misleading ages, no fake profiles. Honesty is the whole point of a members' club. Misrepresenting yourself is grounds for removal.

2. Consent is everything

Only "yes" means yes, enthusiastically, and every time. Anyone can change their mind at any point.
Respect a "no", a lack of reply, or someone stepping away. Do not pursue, pressure, or wear someone down.
Never share, screenshot, or record another member's photos, messages, or moments without their explicit permission.

3. Treat people with respect

Warmth costs nothing. We have zero tolerance for harassment, hate, threats, stalking, or abuse of any kind, including on the basis of race, ethnicity, gender, sexuality, disability, religion, or body. Banter is fine; cruelty is not.

4. What is not allowed

Harassment, intimidation, or unwanted contact after someone has disengaged.
Hate speech, slurs, or discrimination.
Sexual content sent to someone who hasn't asked for it, and any sexual content involving minors, reported immediately to authorities.
Sharing others' private information or images ("outing", doxxing, revenge posting).
Solicitation, spam, scams, sex work, or promoting other services.
Violence, weapons, or the sale of illegal drugs.
Recording or photographing others at events without consent.

5. At events, in person

Our events are built on trust. Arrive as your best self, look out for the people around you, and take a "no" gracefully. Follow the guidance of hosts and welfare staff at all times. Being intoxicated is never an excuse for crossing a line. If someone seems uncomfortable or unsafe, help, or find a host who can.

6. Discretion

What happens in the room stays in the room. Respect the privacy of everyone you meet through Rewind: who they are, that they're a member, and anything they share with you. Discretion is a condition of membership.

7. Report and look after each other

If something feels wrong, report it. Every profile, chat, and event has reporting and blocking built in, and our team reviews every report. Reporting in good faith never counts against you. In an emergency, always contact your local emergency services first.

8. How we enforce this

We review reports and act on them. Depending on the seriousness, we may issue a warning, remove content, suspend an account, permanently remove a member, or refuse re-entry to events. Serious cases, especially anything involving safety or minors, are escalated to the authorities. Membership is a privilege, not a right, and we will protect the community over any individual.

9. 18+ only

Rewind is strictly for adults aged 18 or over. Anyone found to be under 18, or misrepresenting their age, is removed immediately.
