Rewind is invite only. There are exactly two ways in: an application that a person reads, or an invitation from a member. Nothing can be bought until one of those has happened, and there is no way to pay your way past it. It happens in rooms on real nights, and a room only holds so many people.

Every application is read by a person
Nobody is admitted automatically and nobody can pay to skip it. You fill this in, we read it properly, and you are told either way. Until you are approved there is nothing to buy.

An invitation from somebody already in the club is the other way through, and the quicker one, because somebody has put their own name to you.

These are for your application only. They are seen by our team and nobody else. They are never shown in the app, never shown to members, and never published anywhere. The photos on your profile are ones you choose later, in the app.
A few seconds of video, so we know you are real
Write Rewind Dating, your username and on a piece of paper. Film yourself holding it for five to ten seconds, hands in shot, saying your name out loud. Same face as your first photo.

We ask for video rather than a photo for one reason: a still picture of somebody holding a sign is something anybody can generate now. This is not. Every member in the room passed this, which is why the room is worth being in.
It is only ever seen by the two people who read applications, and it is never on your profile. If your phone gives you a choice, the shorter and smaller the better.

Pick as many as are true. Matching will never offer you anybody you did not ask for.
Honesty helps us match you well — we use it to decide who you are introduced to, and nothing else. It is never printed on your profile.
